We've all been fighting colds for a little while now. We finally took Adam to the doctor Thursday. He came up negative for RSV, but he did have two nasty ear infections. It's difficult to know when things are bad with him because he's such a tough, stubborn little guy that he doesn't always give off clear signals (I wonder where he gets the stubborness. It's a mystery...).
Then Saturday, Adam suddenly developed a fever and had trouble breathing. We took him to the urgent care, where they deep-suctioned his nose/lungs and tested him for RSV again (negative again) and the flu (positive).
He had a pretty lousy Sunday morning too, clinging to Jean for most of the first half of the day. As you can see, life sucked for a while.
But he was feeling good enough by dinnertime to indulge in one of his favorite activities: eating spaghetti.
And by yesterday morning, he was feeling much better.

I hate when Ella is sick.. but LOVE how snuggly she is! Hope you all are feeling better by now!
So glad the little guy is doing much better. It just stinks when they get sick. You can tell on little Adams face he was just miserable, but the last picture is a beaut. So, love the smile. Take care my little nephew
